Call to Meeting at 5:15PM
Present: Wayne Lampert, President, Peter Berlin - Vice President, Carlos Banks - Treasurer, Dick Stafford, Paul Alterman, Paul Cook
Absent: Lee Smolinski, Teresa Nix, Joe Ogni

Secretary's Report:Reading of the minutes of October meeting waived.

Treasurer's Report: - Carlos Banks reported we incurred a loss at the last meeting of $274.37. Our checking account balance as of this date is $3,045.23. Report was accepted.

SIUSA Report - Wayne Lampert. Various topics discussed concerning the Congress in Turkey. A motion was made to send a letter to SIUSA expressing concern and dissatisfaction regarding the fact that our President did not receive invitations to certain functions.

It was advised that there is a SKAL development budget of $500 available for new membership development as well as Young Skal.

It was also suggested that our club "Twin" with another club, a motion was made and passed to "Twin" with the Cancun club.
