Cocktails with Chef's selection of passed hors d'oeuvre including Baked Brie & Raspberry Puff Pastry, Coconut Crusted Chicken with Mango Chutney, Seared Diver Scallop with a Vanilla Saffron Sauce and Ahi Tuna Squares with a Jalapeno Orange Honey Sauce

The evening's program will include the initiation of several new members into our club. The formal induction of the club's new officers for this year. A special ceremony honoring our club's 30th anniversary with SKAL International and the twelve active Past Presidents of our club
