2nd Course - Choice of one of the following:

    - Moroccan Spiced Skirt Steak with Rosemary Potato Spears and Roasted Vegetables

    - Grilled Salmon of the Day

    - Chicken Milanese – Breaded Chicken Cutlet Milanese Style Topped with a Tri-Colori Salad Tossed in a Lemon-Basil Vinaigrette and Shaved Parmesan Cheese

    - Stuffed Porkloin “Saltimbocca Style” Stuffed with Prosciutto, Sage & Fontina Cheese served with Mashed Potatoes, Spinach & Natural Pan Juices

    - Pastaless Vegetable Lasagna – Eggplant, Zucchini, Roasted peppers, Spinach, Olives & House Made Mozzarella with Tomato-Basil Sauce
