Directions: I-95 exit at Blue Heron Blvd. Go east over the Intracoastal Bridge. Continue on the road which will curve to the left along the beach. The Hilton will be on the right.

Board Meeting - Pineapples Boardroom     5:00PM - 6:30PM

Happy Hour Hour - - Oceanfront Pavilion - With complimentary beer & wine and Passed Hors D'oeuvres       6:30PM - 7:30PM

Dinner - Oceanfront Pavilion     7:30PM - 9:30PM

Dinner Menu:

Salad
Endive Salad with apples, walnuts, and gorgonzola drizzled with a honey citrus vinaigrette

Appetizer
Shrimp De Jonge Two Jumbo Shrimp broiled with garlic and seasoned bread crumbs served with a shallot, sherry, cream sauce

Entree - Choice of One
Sautéed Filet Medallions with sauce Moutarde
OR
Broiled Salmon topped with Lump Crabmeat and served with a white wine, roasted garlic, caper sauce

(Both entrees are served with Julienne Sautéed Seasonal Vegetables and Scalloped Potato)

Dessert
Mixed Berry Crème Anglaise

Wine served with dinner.
