Reading of the Minutes of March meeting waived by motion and accepted.

Treasurer's Report: Carlos Banks - Read and motion to accept was made and passed.

SIUSA Report: Lee Smolinski - Report on outcome of SIUSA Election. Vote on Congress venue - 3 potential sites - Alaska, New Orleans & Puerto Rico. Lee will be attending the NAASC conference in Cabo San Lucas June 6-9. Report was accepted by the board unanimously.

December Holiday party dinner price to be raised to $60.00 per person due to increase in tax and overall costs including an open bar and band. Accepted and passed by the board.

Membership: Carlos Banks - 48 Members as of this date.

Auction: Tim Digby is working on auction items for Golf Tournament. Joe Ogni will assist on check in and overall management of the golf tournament.
