Present: Dick Stafford, Wayne Lampert, Paul Alterman, Lee Smolinski, Peter Berlin, Carlos Banks, Paul Cook

Reading of minutes waived and approved.

Treasurers Report. P & L statements to be made available at future meetings showing meeting & expenses on the same report.

A budget for 2007 was submitted and approved.

SKAL Dues were approved at $112.00.

Motion to charge all members for a minimum of 3 dinners, approved and passed. We will have 2 options again this year - $112.00 dues plus 3 dinners is $262.00 or $112.00 dues plus all 10 dinners will be $512.00. Invoices will be sent to members in early December - payment is due by January 15th 2007

Finalize acceptance of Credit Cards utilizing Quick Books approved. Major cards accepted, Amex, Visa & MC.

Committee Reports. Future Programs: December Holiday Party at Brooks Restaurant
January: Tentative approval for Zutca
Feb, March & April TBA

Auction: Tim Digby has donations for several Marriott weekends, Princess Gift Box of several items and Dinner Gift Certificate from the Columbia Restaurant. Club members have also been requested to contribute something for the auction.

The club will be encouraged to join ASME at their annual December meeting on the cruise ship Crystal Serenity at the Port of Miami for lunch on December 15, 2006 thanks to the invitation from Jawayne Keyser.

At the World Congress we were given a certificate recognizing the clubs achievements in increasing membership during 2006.
